In Dominica, the Ministry of Social Services, Community Development and Gender Affairs prepared a cabinet note for parliament to endorse the Day of Prayer and Action for Children; the Ministry also prepared a message that was read during all Sunday November 20^th church services; religious media, including Voice of Life Radio (a Christian radio station), aired information on the Day of Prayer and Action for Children; with UNICEF financial support the Ministry of Social Services, Community Development and Gender Affairs also held a children’s Rally on violence against children on November 23 that involved prominent religious leaders.
